We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Saw Operator to join our clients prefab team who specializes in cassette flooring, full units, and frame & truss production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and set up a programmed saw to cut timber to precise specifications
- Accurately measure and cut materials - attention to detail is essential
- Load timber into machinery (this can involve heavy lifting)
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
- Comfortable with physically demanding work
- Strong focus on accuracy and quality
- Previous fabrication or manufacturing experience is an advantage
- Forklift licence is beneficial (training can be provided for the right candidate)
