We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Project & Installations Coordinator/Administrator to support the smooth delivery of installation and inspection projects. This role is responsible for scheduling, client communication, project administration, and ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are completed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate installation and inspection schedules
- Arrange travel, accommodation, EWP hire, and project logistics
- Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Maintain team calendars and project schedules
- Manage inspection reminders and client correspondence
- Prepare and maintain health & safety documentation
- Support invoicing processes and ensure deadlines are met
- Complete project handover documentation and electronic filing
- Maintain training, competency, and compliance records
- Update client portals and assist with pre-approval documentation
About You
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Experience in project coordination or administration preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SimPRO and Xero advantageous
