About the Role
Working alongside the Office Manager and wider team, you'll provide essential administrative support across the business. From coordinating schedules and managing documentation to assisting with accounts and project administration, no two days will be the same.
Your responsibilities will include:
- General office administration and team support
- Answering phones, responding to emails, and handling enquiries
- Assisting with accounts, invoicing, and payroll administration
- Preparing documents and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting project documentation and administration
- Coordinating meetings, calendars, and office schedules
- Liaising with suppliers, consultants, and contractors
- Ordering office supplies and assisting with office coordination
- Providing administrative support across multiple business functions
You'll be someone who enjoys staying organised, has great attention to detail, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.
Ideally, you'll have:
- Previous administration experience (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new software
- The ability to juggle multiple tasks in a busy environment
- A professional, friendly, and team-focused approach
