They are currently looking for a reliable and detail-focused Assembler to join their day shift team. About the Role
You will be responsible for assembling manufactured components using a range of hand and power tools. The role requires the ability to read and follow plans accurately, maintain high-quality standards, and work efficiently to meet production targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble components using hand and power tools
- Operate drills and other assembly equipment safely
- Read and interpret plans and technical drawings
- Ensure products are assembled accurately and to specification
- Carry out quality checks on completed work
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
What We're Looking For
- Experience using hand and power tools in a manufacturing or assembly environment
- Confidence operating drills and assembly equipment
- Ability to read and follow plans and drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good problem-solving skills and reliability
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience
- Understanding of health & safety procedures within a factory environment
