Our Manufacturing client based in Wigram is after a Permanent Machine Operator to join the team on their afternoon shift. They specialize in the production of various Orthotic profiles. This is a great opportunity to join an innovative and supportive company.

The Role: As a Machine Operator, you will ensure production lines run smoothly and products are made to the required quality standards. You will operate production machinery, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and assist across Production and Warehousing when needed. Working as part of a supportive production team and help meet daily production targets.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience operating machinery or working in a manufacturing environment (preferred but not essential)
  • Willingness to learn and become fully trained across all production workstations
  • Good attention to detail and commitment to product quality
  • Ability to meet hourly production targets
  • Strong awareness of health and safety practices
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to work well in a team
  • Comfortable completing basic paperwork and production records
