We are looking for an experienced Joinery Installer to join our team based in Christchurch.
This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, has strong attention to detail, and is looking for consistent work with a professional team.
THE ROLE
As a Joinery Installer, you will be responsible for installing a range of residential and commercial joinery. You will need to be confident working on your own as well as as part of a team, and be able to complete installations to a high standard.
Your duties may include:
- Installing kitchens, vanities, wardrobes and other cabinetry
- Installing benchtops and associated joinery
- Measuring and checking areas before installation
- Reading plans and installation drawings
- Ensuring joinery is installed accurately and to a high standard
- Working with builders, tradespeople and clients on site
- Maintaining a clean and professional work area
- Completing jobs efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
The successful applicant will ideally have:
- Solid experience in joinery installation
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good practical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A reliable and positive attitude
- Good communication skills
- Pride in workmanship
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Class 1 Driver License
You must be reliable, punctual and take pride in delivering quality work.
