Due to continued growth, they are seeking experienced Industrial Spray Painters to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-quality engineered products within a modern manufacturing environment. We are looking for skilled spray painters with a strong eye for detail and a commitment to producing exceptional finishes. Candidates from marine, automotive, or industrial painting backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare components and units for painting, including sanding, masking, cleaning, and surface preparation.
- Apply epoxy and 2-pack paint systems to a high standard.
- Spray a variety of engineered components and finished units.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality and consistency.
- Maintain painting equipment and work areas.
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times.
- Work to production schedules while maintaining quality standards.
- Ideally 3+ years of industrial spray painting experience.
- Experience working with epoxy and 2-pack paint systems.
- Strong knowledge of surface preparation techniques.
- High attention to detail and pride in your workmanship.
- Experience in marine, automotive, or heavy industrial environments preferred.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A strong focus on health and safety.
- $29.00 per hour for experienced spray painters with 3+ years' experience.
- Up to $36.00 per hour for trade-qualified painters.
- Shift allowances for Afternoon/night shift.
- Overtime opportunities available.
