We are seeking a reliable General Labourer to join a busy galvanizing production team in Wigram. This is a hands-on, physical role suited to someone confident working in an industrial environment.
Duties include:
- Hanging products onto racks after galvanizing for drying
- Grinding products to remove runs or drips and ensure a quality finish
- Assisting with general production tasks and yard duties as required
- Using power tools to complete finishing work
This role involves repetitive heavy lifting (up to 20kg), with occasional two-person lifts required.
What we're looking for:
- Physically fit and comfortable with regular manual handling
- Confident and experienced using power tools (mainly grinders)
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work well within a team
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Hours: Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm, subject to change
Location: Wigram
