Our client, based in Harewood, specialises in frame and truss manufacturing and is looking for multiple Fabricators to join their growing team. We welcome applications from Hammerhands, Labourers, Carpenters, and Builders who are keen to develop their skills in this area — full industry training will be provided.
What you’ll be doing:
- Frame Fabrication
- Cutting framing components using automated, semi-automated, and manual saws (including bottom and top plates, studs, beams, door and window components, and nogs)
- Assembling frames using nail guns, mechanical nailing machines, or hand tools
- Truss Fabrication
- Cutting truss components including chords, webs, rafters, and associated materials
- Setting up and operating hydraulic, pneumatic, or manual press systems for trusses and posi-structs
This role requires a strong attention to detail, ensuring all work is completed accurately in line with technical drawings.
What you’ll need:
- Experience in frame and truss fabrication or transferable carpentry/building skills
- Strong work ethic with good communication and reliability
- Ability to work unsupervised and follow instructions carefully
- Health & Safety awareness
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
- Reliable transport
- OSH and F is advantageous

Shifts available:
- Day Shift: 6:15am – 3:15pm, Monday to Friday
- Optional overtime: Saturday 6:00am – 12:00pm
- Afternoon Shift: 3:15pm – 12:00am (midnight), Monday to Friday
- Optional overtime: 12:00am – 2:00am, Monday to Thursday when busy
