Our client based in Wigram is looking for a reliable and motivated Factory All-Rounder to join their cardboard manufacturing team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work and wants to develop a range of skills within a busy manufacturing environment.
You'll be trained to operate multiple machines used in the cardboard manufacturing process, as well as production, packing, and general factory duties.
The Role
As a Factory All-Rounder, you'll work across different areas of our cardboard manufacturing operation.
Your duties will include:
- Operating and learning to operate various cardboard manufacturing machines
- Feeding and handling cardboard and raw materials
- Cutting, processing, and preparing cardboard products
- Packing and stacking finished products
- Carrying out quality checks
- Moving materials and finished products around the factory
- Forklift operation and general yard duties (OSH Required)
- Loading and unloading materials and products
- Keeping machinery and work areas clean and organized
- Following production schedules and instructions
- Working safely and efficiently as part of the production team
- Helping wherever needed to keep production running smoothly

- Practical and enjoys hands-on work
- Keen to learn new machinery and skills
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
- Able to follow instructions and work safely
- Attentive to detail and takes pride in their work

- Willing to take on different responsibilities and learn new areas of the business
What We Offer
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
- $25 per hour +
