We are currently seeking experienced and motivated Fabricators to join a busy and growing manufacturing operation.
This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work has a strong eye for detail, and enjoys working as part of a team to produce quality products.
The Role
As a Fabricator, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of fabrication and manufacturing tasks, including:
- Reading and interpreting workshop drawings and specifications
- Measuring, cutting, fitting and fabricating components
- MIG/TIG welding as required
- Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Ensuring finished work meets quality and dimensional requirements
- Maintaining a clean, organized and safe work area
- Working efficiently to meet production deadlines
- Following workplace health and safety procedures
About you
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous fabrication or welding experience
- Can read and understand technical drawings
- Has good attention to detail and takes pride in their work
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Has a strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Is committed to producing quality workmanship
- Holds a relevant trade qualification or equivalent experience (preferred)
Monday-Thursday: 7:00am - 4:00pm
Friday: 7:00am - 1:00pm
