We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Customer Service Delivery Specialist to join our clients team within the concrete industry. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll be responsible for coordinating customer orders and ensuring smooth delivery operations across multiple regions. This position will initially be offered on a temporary basis, covering a one year maternity leave period.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and manage customer enquiries professionally
- Respond to and organise customer communications via email
- Schedule and coordinate delivery orders across multiple regions, including Christchurch, Queenstown, Dunedin, and Darfield
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure efficient and timely service delivery
- Maintain accurate records using internal systems
- Provide high-quality customer service and problem-solving support

Working Environment
The team operates in a fast-paced environment, but is highly supportive, friendly, and always willing to help. This is a great opportunity to learn and grow within a collaborative team. Once fully trained and performing well, there may be flexibility to work from home.
Working Hours/Salary/Location
- Monday to Friday (full-time)
- Proposed shifts: 7:00am - 3:30pm or 8:00am - 4:30pm (to be confirmed)
- Every 4-5th Saturday (work from home, approx. 3-4 hours depending on workload)
- Hourly when temp between $28-30 per hour.
- Office is located in Harewood
