We are looking for a motivated and relationship‑driven Key Account Manager in UK - Scunthorpe, to join our international Group Sales team. In this role, you will manage end‑to‑end relationships with strategic, global customers and play a key part in growing our business across Europe. What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with strategic, global customers
- Execute strategic account plans and drive sales growth
- Prepare offers, proposals, and contracts
- Negotiate terms with new and existing customers
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities
- Monitor key account performance and ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay up‑to‑date with industry developments and market trends
- Collaborate with internal teams (Quality, Sustainability, Marketing, Technical Services)
- Serve as the internal voice of the customer to help shape initiatives and strategy
What We’re Looking For:
- University degree in Business, Marketing, or a Technical field
- 3 years minimum in account management, sales, or a related role
- Experience with CRM systems and SAP is an advantage
- Strong relationship‑building skills at all organizational levels
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Analytical mindset with strong business understanding
- High self‑motivation, initiative, and ownership
- Flexibility and willingness to travel as needed
- Valid driving license (B category)
