A vacancy has arisen for a Training Lead
Aim of this position:
The Training Lead is the subject matter expert in AG5 – Skill Management, and oversees the implementation of the Global Training Strategy, impacting the global scope of Operations Skills.
The duties of this post include:
This includes, but is not limited, to support the assessment of training needs, develop training programs and manuals, improve the effectiveness of training across factories, while mentoring, coaching, guiding and assessing the implementation of the global strategy, as well as proposing areas of improvement to continuously improve Safety, Quality and Performance.
- The Training Lead will support and hold the Operations Trainers accountable to implement the Global Training Strategy, methods and processes, acting as the expert in building a Learning Organization that supports the business goals of the company.
- Operations Trainers: Support our Plants to develop an aligned team of experts, so they can develop Mentors and Supervisors.
- Mentors: Implement the training process and methodology and prepare the Operations Trainers to develop our Mentors – both Local and Global ones, while supporting expansions and new factories, as well as process improvements.
- AG5 – Skill Management: Be an expert in AG5 and support the implementation both during expansions and new Plants. Also, continuously improve the Power BI report to drive actions.
- Training Processes: Assess and improve the Global Skills scope across factories, holding our Plants accountable on the global methodologies and processes.
- Training Programs: Assess and improve the Global Skills scope across factories, holding our Plants accountable on the global methodologies and processes.
- Train Others at all Levels: The Training Lead needs to be an expert on delivering both in-person and virtual Train The Trainer activities, supporting the Operations Trainers at the local Plants to deliver the Global Training Initiatives.
The successful candidate must have:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a Training Lead/Manager or similar role. This role requires prior training experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically in training individuals, both in person and in a virtual approach, across various organizational levels.
- Willing to travel as expected by the business.
Specific Knowledge of the following:
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- English C1
- Hindi would be an advantage
