Are you an experienced facilities management leader who can deliver reliable technical services, build strong client relationships and lead teams across a national portfolio?
We’re looking for a Regional Director to oversee hard services across multiple contracts throughout the UK. You’ll take responsibility for operational performance, financial results and service delivery, ensuring our teams deliver safe, compliant and well‑maintained buildings for our clients.
The role
- Lead hard services delivery across a portfolio of contracts, covering planned and reactive maintenance, engineering services and statutory compliance.
- Support and develop contract managers and engineering teams, building a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Own portfolio budgets, profitability, forecasting and cost control.
- Build relationships with senior clients, resolve challenges and support contract retention and growth.
- Drive performance against contractual commitments, KPIs and SLAs.
- Maintain strong oversight of health and safety, technical standards, compliance and operational risk.
- Support mobilisation, lifecycle planning and service improvement across the portfolio.
What you’ll bring
- Senior leadership experience in hard services or technical facilities management across multiple contracts.
- A strong understanding of building services engineering, maintenance and statutory compliance.
- Commercial judgement and experience managing substantial budgets and contract performance.
- A track record of developing teams and maintaining trusted client relationships.
- Willingness to travel regularly across the UK.
