We have been engaged to appoint an Operations Director for a leading cleaning & soft services business. Based out of London with a national reach they deliver cleaning and soft facilities services to a broad range of customers. As part of a major investment into the business they are looking to significantly scale over the next 5 years. We are looking for an Operations Director to lead and manage the business whilst driving growth strategies with the SLT. You will be responsible for a number of key areas.

  • Ownership and management of a large scale P&L (£20mil+)
  • Monthly financial reporting to the board
  • Developing long term sustainable customer relationships
  • Fostering a best in class service delivery and driving continuous improvement initiatives
  • Development of the leadership team
  • Identifying strategic opportunities for new and existing business
  • Ensuring all compliance, risk and QHSE protocols are adhered to across the business
