About the role:

  • Process supplier invoices, credit notes, and payments accurately and on time
  • Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
  • Assist with preparation of monthly management accounts
  • Assist with maintaining purchase and sales ledgers
  • Handle petty cash and expense claims
  • Respond to internal and external queries regarding accounts
  • Assist in preparing financial reports for audits
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

About the candidate:

  • Ideally you will have experience in a similar role within Hilton Hotels
  • You will have strong numerical and analytical skills with a close attention to detail
  • Education: AAT Level 2/3 or equivalent (or studying towards)
  • Experience: Previous experience in an accounting or finance role preferred
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (Sage, Procure Wizard)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
