We are recruiting for an Account Director to lead the strategic management, growth, and profitability of a key client account portfolio in Central London. This role will act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, building long-term partnerships, delivering a best-in-class service, and identifying opportunities to develop and expand the contract scope.
Our client delivers Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services across high-end workplace environments and prestigious landmark buildings, requiring a highly professional and service-led approach.
- Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting strategic relationships with key client stakeholders, including senior leadership teams, facilities teams, and end users.
- Implement comprehensive account plans that drive service optimisation, client satisfaction, and organic contract growth.
- Work collaboratively with the business development team to identify and secure commercial opportunities.
- Hold full P&L responsibility for a ÂŁ10m portfolio, ensuring accounts meet or exceed revenue, margin, and profitability targets.
- Drive the development of value-added services while maintaining a strong “service first” culture across the delivery team.
- Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing, multidisciplinary team, including Account Managers, Facilities Managers, and support staff.
- Provide technical oversight and support across the account, ensuring consistent service excellence and compliance.
We are looking for a highly client-facing, collaborative, and service-focused leader with experience managing complex facilities management contracts. Background in workplace, corporate services, or high-end commercial office environments is highly desirable. A background in engineering or technical facilities management would be advantageous.
