Looking to take your hospitality experience in a new direction? As our Commercial Coordinator, you’ll gain a unique view of how the hotel operates commercially, working across teams to identify opportunities and turn them into results. It’s a varied role that will give you the chance to make a direct contribution to the hotel’s success, from driving revenue to enhancing the guest experience.
The role
Working across our Revenue, Sales, Groups & Events and Reservations teams, you will:
- Manage guest, client and group enquiries by phone and email
- Support group bookings, proposals and sales conversion
- Identify opportunities to upsell bedrooms, food & beverage and hotel facilities
- Maintain accurate reservations, bookings, rates and room allocations
- Build strong relationships with guests, clients and agents
- Work closely with hotel teams to deliver an outstanding guest experience
- Provide proactive sales, commercial and administrative support
About you
The successful candidate will have the following experience and skills:
- Background in hospitality +1 year
- Computer literate
- Be a able to work individually and in a team
- Good customer service skills
- Problem solving
