We have been instructed on a search for a growing FM services provider to appoint an experienced Business Unit Director to lead a high-performing operational division delivering integrated facilities management solutions across the UK. Our client delivers wide ranging FM services across a diverse customer base, having secured a number of bids they are looking to further complement their executive management team.
This is a strategic leadership role with full responsibility for operational delivery, commercial performance, client relationships, and business growth across a multi-site FM portfolio. You'll lead large operational teams, drive service excellence, and play a key role in shaping the future growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop a national FM business unit
- Drive operational performance, profitability, and growth
- Manage key client relationships at senior level
- Deliver exceptional service standards across Hard & Soft FM contracts
- Lead commercial strategy, contract performance, and business improvement initiatives
- Build and mentor high-performing leadership teams
