We are working exclusively with a market leading IFM service provider to a secure a Director of Operations for a large scale UK account. Our client delivers FM & Workplace services to global brands and is widely recognised as an industry leading, innovative and people first business.
As part of an investment in an established account we are looking to engage with senior level talent to help drive performance, standards and delivery across multiple sites UK wide.
Key accountabilities as below
- Strategic leadership, this includes long-term planning for projects, maintenance, and workplace services
- Provide operational oversight of day to day services, including maintenance, IFM and workplace management.
- Ensure high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency are consistently met
- Foster an environment of continuous improvement and best in class delivery across all service teams
- Negotiate and manage contracts with external vendors and service providers. Monitor performance to ensure service level agreements
- Manage and develop mutually beneficial relationships with multiple layers of board level stakeholders
- Act as the senior point of contact for all escalations
We are looking for a forward thinking innovative and collaborative leader, experience of managing and leading hard FM would be highly advantageous.
