Account Manager (m/w/d) Service

We are working with a global Facilities Services business to appoint an Account Director for a large high profile estate in the North West. Our client is responsible for the delivery of hard & soft FM services across public & private sector customers. We are looking for a dynamic and collaborative account lead to grow and manage a large scale complex estate, key accountabilities as below Accountable for all financial and commercial elements Developing key customer relationships Identifying commercial opportunities and developing contract scope Supply chain management Leadership and development of a large service delivery team Upskilling management team and succession planning Using data and technology to drive delivery efficiency We are looking for a people first dynamic leader, you must have managed FM services at a senior level and have been responsible for a large budget / P&L. This is a fantastic opportunity to positively impact and lead a large FM contract.
