We’re hiring an experienced Account Director to lead a high value Integrated Facilities Management contract for a large scale estate. This is a senior, client-facing role with full P&L ownership, responsibility for hard and soft services, and leadership of a large, multi-site team.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Owning performance and profitability of a large scale IFM contract
  • Acting as senior client lead at exec & board level
  • Leading and developing senior FM and contract management teams
  • Driving service excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement
  • Managing risk, governance, and commercial outcomes

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience leading large-scale IFM / TFM contracts (£20m+)
  • Strong commercial and P&L capability
  • Development of technology and data programmes to drive efficiency
  • Solution led with a creative customer centric mindset
  • Delivering IFM at a senior level
  • Confident, credible client relationship builder
  • Development of value creation projects
  • Comfortable operating strategically and operationally
