We are recruiting for an Account Director for a globally recognised FM & Workplace services business. With a truly global reach, they manage and deliver wide-ranging services into high-end workspace for technology, pharma, finance and professional services businesses.
As the Account Director, you will be responsible for the following key areas:
- Management and delivery of IFM services across multiple buildings
- Responsibility for a large P&L (£10 million)
- Driving service improvements and ensuring best in class IFM delivery
- Leadership of delivery team
