We’re working with a leading FM provider to appoint an Account Director to take ownership of a high-profile, multi-service contract. Our customer is a global outsourcing provider, working across technology, professional services, manufacturing and banking sectors. This is a senior leadership role with full accountability for performance, operations, commercial compliance and client relationships.
The Role
You’ll lead the delivery of a complex FM contract, managing a large, multi-disciplinary team while acting as the senior point of contact for the client. This is a role with real visibility and influence, you’ll be responsible for shaping delivery, driving performance, and identifying opportunities for growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Owning P&L and overall contract performance
- Leading and developing a high-performing FM team
- Building strong, strategic client relationships
- Ensuring delivery against KPIs, SLAs, and contractual obligations
- Driving continuous improvement and value-add initiatives
- Managing supply chain partners and service delivery standards
- Supporting contract retention and growth opportunities
