We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Shift Engineer to join the team at Canopy London City. Reporting to the Chief Engineer, you will play a key part in the overall Engineering and Maintenance department including Fire, Health and Safety of the hotel.
As a Shift Engineer, your role is to ensure that through your technical knowledge, skill and craft, you will consistently maintain our products and material to the highest standard for all our guests and employees to enjoy. Working as part of the Engineering team, you will undertake a range of planned and corrective maintenance duties to ensure that our back of house areas, plants, public areas along with guest bedrooms are presented at the highest standard.
Your responsibilities include:
- Carrying out repairs to the building fabric, decorative finishes, furnishings, and fittings throughout the property with a high attention to detail.
- Maintaining and operating the building plant.
