Our Studio Coordinators are responsible for getting each actor set up correctly in their booth before every session begins. You will ensure every recording starts on time and to spec.
What you'll do
- Set up actors in booths at the start of each session
- Adjust tripod position, check lighting, and verify audio and video quality
- Keep track of session time and stop actors promptly when their slot is up
- Ensure booths are reset and ready for the next actor
Suggested background
- Comfortable with basic AV equipment — cameras, microphones, lighting
- Punctual and precise — timekeeping matters in a high-turnover environment
- Friendly and efficient with talent
