The HR System Analyst will be a key member of the Group Reward & Analytics team. The individual in this role will support the Global HR team and wider business by assisting in the day to day management of the Oracle HRIS. They will support the definition of requirements, testing, implementation, training and change management activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the HR System & Analytics Manager with enhancements to the configuration of the Oracle HRIS platform.
  • Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting of issues.
  • Assist with quarterly and legislative patch upgrades, including regression testing.
  • Carry out user testing to ensure agreed requirements are captured and tested.
  • Prepare regular & ad hoc reports requests for global MI to the business.
  • Work with the Canopius SMEs to ensure that there is a high-quality change management / training strategy for HR and Business users.
  • Support the development and implementation of AI Agents within the system.
  • Support the development and delivery of training materials to facilitate the self-service objectives of the team to enable HR colleagues and managers to increase their competence and confidence in reporting and dashboards.

HR Management Information

  • Assist with creation and delivery of reports and MI for Board reports and other regular reports.
  • Use in-depth knowledge of data analysis to develop reports, templates, dashboards, score cards and metrics.
  • Effectively research into, understand and present HR related data using analytical techniques.
  • Define reporting relating to employee data and statistics in response to stakeholder requests, ensuring on time delivery.
  • Ad hoc reporting as requested.

Skills

  • Detailed knowledge and experience of Oracle Fusion HCM including HDL, Fast Formulas, EL Expressions.
  • Expertise in Oracle OTBI / Advanced reporting.
  • Ability to make configuration changes to Oracle HCM.
  • Experience of presentation of data into usable information for consumption of various key stakeholders including C Suite.
  • Advanced Microsoft office ability, particularly with Excel and ideally Power BI.
  • Excellent communication and teamworking skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Good at problem solving.
  • Ability to plan and prioritise tasks.
  • Inquisitive mind to question status and search for improvements.
  • Proven track record in managing and delivering high quality, accurate and timely HR information.
  • Cultivates and maintains positive relationships with relevant internal or external stakeholders, effectively involving and communicating with them to drive collaboration, support, and alignment towards shared goals.
