The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

A member of the UK Operations team, reporting to the Manager of Credit Control, effectively supporting the team in managing and maintaining control over the organisation’s debt position ensuring the timely collection of outstanding premium. Assist the Credit Control team in active review of all risks to identify where debt is evident. Assist in chasing overdue debt, engaging with Lloyds Brokers. Utilise DXC platforms to interrogate policy level information when needed. Engaging with Underwriting Divisions to assess estimate premium figures, data issues and other technical areas. Ensure an effective internal and external query management/referrals mechanism is adhered to. To learn all internal and regulatory requirements. Build and maintain relationships with internal and external contacts. Assist in the resolution of legacy issues including to clear and reconcile cash. Assist with projects and additional duties related to Credit Control. Produce ad-hoc reports as required. Co-ordinate account management, credit control and data reconciliation.
