We’re seeking a Graduate HR Generalist to support our APAC region. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the HR function for the future.

Location: This role is remote within the APAC region.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing HR support by answering team members’ questions regarding employment, contracts, onboarding, benefits, and verifications.
- Maintaining HRIS accuracy and timeliness in processing employee data.
- Leading global projects related to engagement, training, or culture initiatives.
- Partnering with managers and employees to support HR processes and people strategies.
- Supporting new hires with onboarding documentation, system setup, and introductory reviews.
- Assisting with benefits enrollment and payroll data accuracy.
- Liaising with payroll to ensure smooth salary payments.
- Conducting audits of employment files and systems for compliance and accuracy.
- Identifying process improvements to enhance HR functions.
Candidate requirements:
- Proven achievement from high school through career stages.
- Experience in an entry-level HR role, preferably in tech.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
- Ability to prioritize, manage time, and work under pressure.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, with attention to accuracy.
- Integrity and confidentiality handling.
- Flexible, adaptable, proactive, and innovative.

- Willing to travel up to 4 times annually for internal events.
