We’re seeking a Graduate HR Generalist to support our APAC region. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the HR function for the future.

You should demonstrate a strong work ethic and confidence to set high expectations. Ability to work independently, take a hands-on approach, and communicate effectively across all levels is essential. We value high professional standards and proactive, innovative thinking in HR support for colleagues' development and organizational excellence.

Location: This role is remote within the APAC region.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing HR support by answering team members’ questions regarding employment, contracts, onboarding, benefits, and verifications.
  • Maintaining HRIS accuracy and timeliness in processing employee data.
  • Leading global projects related to engagement, training, or culture initiatives.
  • Partnering with managers and employees to support HR processes and people strategies.
  • Supporting new hires with onboarding documentation, system setup, and introductory reviews.
  • Assisting with benefits enrollment and payroll data accuracy.
  • Liaising with payroll to ensure smooth salary payments.
  • Conducting audits of employment files and systems for compliance and accuracy.
  • Identifying process improvements to enhance HR functions.

Candidate requirements:

  • Proven achievement from high school through career stages.
  • Experience in an entry-level HR role, preferably in tech.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Ability to prioritize, manage time, and work under pressure.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, with attention to accuracy.
  • Integrity and confidentiality handling.
  • Flexible, adaptable, proactive, and innovative.
  • Aspiring to grow in HR.
  • Willing to travel up to 4 times annually for internal events.
