Canonical is hiring a Software Engineer to work on Linux, cloud infrastructure, pipelines and automation, and open source software.
You will collaborate with major cloud partners to advance Ubuntu in the cloud. The role splits time between build system development (Python, Jenkins, shell), cloud feature integration in Ubuntu Server, and running our CI/CD pipelines, with opportunities to travel 2–4 weeks per year.
