We're looking for someone who can demonstrate

Essential

  • Previous experience in a Sales Coordinator, Account Coordinator, Partner Support or Customer Service role.
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills with the confidence to build relationships across all levels of an organisation.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook and Power Point.
  • Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce experience would be advantageous).
  • Ability to work independently whilst contributing positively within a team.

Desirable

  • Experience working within a Channel, Partner or B2B sales environment.
  • Experience coordinating commercial programmes, contracts or incentive schemes.
  • Experience organising events and managing project administration.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner Support & Relationship Management
  • Act as the first point of contact for Partner enquiries, ensuring requests are managed efficiently or directed to the appropriate teams.
  • Support Channel Account Managers with day-to-day administration and partner engagement activities.
  • Build positive relationships with Canon Partners and internal stakeholders to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  • Assist with the onboarding of new Channel Partners, ensuring all documentation, communications and processes are completed accurately.
  • Programme & Commercial Administration
  • Coordinate Canon's Partner Programme, including partner communications, audits and programme administration.
  • Administer partner reward and incentive schemes, including communications, claims and reporting.
  • Manage partner rebate programmes and promotional activities.
  • Raise purchase requisitions and Requests for Authorisation (RFAs) in line with company processes.
  • Support the administration of business development initiatives, including funded programmes and partner incentives.
  • Contracts & Compliance
  • Coordinate Partner Agreements and contracts, ensuring documentation is complete, compliant and accurately maintained.
  • Work closely with Legal, Sales and Partners to ensure contracts are signed, renewed and stored in accordance with company policies.
  • Support contract termination and amendment processes where required.
  • CRM & Data Management
  • Maintain accurate Partner information within Salesforce CRM and other business systems.
  • Ensure partner records, contacts, accreditations, registrations and account information remain current.
  • Manage Partner Portal registrations and user access.
  • Produce accurate reports and maintain high levels of data integrity.
  • Events & Communications
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, partner events and workshops.
  • Manage invitations, venue bookings, travel arrangements and event logistics.
  • Provide on-site support for partner events where required.
  • Coordinate the distribution of price lists, partner communications and sales bulletins.
  • Operational Support
  • Monitor shared team inboxes and ensure Partner enquiries are responded to promptly.
  • Work closely with internal departments including Sales, Finance, Service, Product Management and Business Intelligence to coordinate business activities.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.
