Working in a team that values and implements a defined project management methodology to ensure project success (Predominantly Prince2 at Canon).
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Manager to join our team at Canon. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing chargeable Project Management services to external customers. Your role will involve delivering and developing these services while maintaining and enhancing high levels of customer satisfaction.

What we ask
You will be responsible for:
- Operational management of the Project Office.
- Assessing and managing the project pipeline, allocating and resourcing projects to the team.
- Developing and maintaining world-class PMO processes and driving a consistent and industrialized approach to all engagements.
- Managing a group of Project Managers and Project Supports, coaching them to deliver excellent projects with the skills and knowledge you have built from a successful Project Management career.
- Effectively managing CoS and SGA in line with budget.
- Maintaining your own development.
You will need
As a Project Office Manager, you will possess the following skills and expertise:
- Experience working in a Project Office, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer experience.
- Experience managing a team.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication and listening skills, with the ability to manage project members assertively and politely to drive tasks and actions.
- Ambitious and driven, with a desire to work in a high-performing team and a focus on personal KPIs and results.
- Strong time management skills to manage multiple projects and your team.
- Project Management training – ideally Prince2 Practitioner.
