Your role as a Warehouse Administrator will require you to enter details of photographic and office printing products into our repair system so that it is clear when and what has been received or dispatched. You will allocate repairs to our Sub-contractors and Technicians, as well as cover goods in and dispatch duties. There is a requirement to have strong customer service skills as you will be contacting customers by phone/email/face to face at reception with regards to our range of repair services and provide status updates with repairs.

Working towards defined and agreed objectives and targets relating to individual, team, and department Service Level Agreements (SLA’s).
