Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organised individual to join our team as an eCommerce Senior Operations Specialist at Canon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various aspects of our eCommerce operations, including Operations sign-off on business projects, managing external partners, handling reporting, optimising packaging processes, and leading sustainability initiatives. This role requires excellent communication skills, project management expertise, and a keen eye for detail.

Salary: between £39,211 and £46,131 depending on experience plus a 10% bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management

  • Lead projects to enhance eCommerce operations, including re-platforming, regional expansion, ink subscription, and logistics strategy.

Warehouse Management

  • Manage warehouse operations across multiple sites, conduct meetings, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Delivery Management

  • Generate reports to meet operational needs.

Sustainability Initiatives

  • Lead sustainability efforts, including compliance, recycling schemes, and acting as subject matter expert.

Operations Processes

  • Review, document, and improve operational processes and train staff on new initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Business, Operations, or related field
  • Experience in eCommerce, logistics, or similar
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
  • Knowledge of sustainability practices (preferred)
  • Experience with international partners (a plus)
