A high-performing professional services organisation based in London is seeking an experienced graduate recruitment professional to support and deliver its London-based early careers programme. The organisation is known for its structured talent development framework, strong stakeholder engagement, and commitment to excellence in recruitment and candidate experience.
This role is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the graduate recruitment programme, with full ownership of attraction, assessment, and selection processes. The successful candidate will manage vacation schemes, campus engagement initiatives, and trainee recruitment activity, while working closely with senior recruitment stakeholders. This is an individual contributor role offering significant autonomy, strategic involvement, and operational responsibility across the early careers lifecycle.
Roles and Responsibilities:- Overseeing the day-to-day operation of the graduate recruitment programme
- Planning and executing attraction and engagement initiatives, including campus events, careers fairs, and insight programmes
- Managing vacation scheme recruitment processes from application stage through to offer
- Coordinating and delivering vacation schemes, including onboarding, scheduling, and programme logistics
- Supporting the annual trainee recruitment process, including post-scheme assessments and interviews
- Acting as a primary point of contact for candidates, universities, and internal stakeholders
- Managing relationships with recruitment systems providers and external partners
- Producing detailed reports on applications, diversity metrics, and conversion data
- Ensuring all recruitment processes are inclusive, compliant, and aligned with industry best practices
- Significant experience in graduate or early careers recruitment within a law firm or professional services environment
- Strong understanding of legal early careers programmes, including vacation schemes and trainee recruitment
- Excellent organisational and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment cycles and stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong analytical capability with experience handling recruitment systems and data
- Exceptional communication skills with a professional, candidate-focused approach
