The firm is looking to recruit Legal Interns for a one-month internship. This role is specifically designed for students who wish to move beyond general litigation and gain niche exposure to the evolving regulatory landscape of the energy and infrastructure sectors.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: Final-year or Penultimate-year law students.
- Specialization: Demonstrated interest in Regulatory Law, Electricity/Energy Law, and Sectoral Litigation.
- Skills: Strong mastery over legal research databases and a keen interest in policy-driven litigation.
- Professionalism: Disciplined, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a specialized, fast-paced regulatory practice.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Regulatory Litigation: Assisting in matters related to electricity laws, infrastructure projects, and allied regulatory disputes.
- Drafting: Preparing briefs, research notes on statutory interpretations, and assisting in the drafting of petitions for regulatory commissions and appellate tribunals.
- Legal Research: Conducting in-depth research on regulatory frameworks, tariff orders, and precedents in the infrastructure sector.
- Case Management: Supporting the legal team in case preparation and tracking regulatory updates.
Location: New Delhi (Physical / On-site)
