Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for this role should hold either a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LL.B. or LL.M.) from a recognized institution. Prior exposure to property-related due diligence, drafting agreements, and compliance with regulatory requirements will be highly preferred. The company is looking for detail-oriented professionals who can combine technical legal knowledge with practical problem-solving abilities, while also demonstrating strong communication and organizational skills. Knowledge of MS Office and comfort with technology-driven reporting tools is also essential for day-to-day responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting title due diligence for various types of properties, ensuring compliance with regional and local legal requirements.
• Supporting the business teams by providing timely legal advice, updates on policy changes, and regulatory requirements affecting retail mortgage business.
• Drafting and updating standard agreements, templates, and legal guidelines for products and services.
• Coordinating with external legal vendors and law firms for vetting reports, while also monitoring payments and engagements.
• Maintaining MIS reports on a daily basis to support compliance and operational efficiency.
• Taking ownership of knowledge enhancement by initiating skill-building programs for self and contributing to team development initiatives.

Skills and Competencies Required
