Non‑Specialization: Essential qualifications, experience, and other eligibility conditions as per UGC Regulations, 2018, amended as per time. Specialization: In addition to applicable UGC Regulations, candidates must possess a Ph.D. related to the specialization, relevant research/publications, and teaching experience in their specialization.

  • Associate Professor

Non‑Specialization: Same as above, per UGC Regulations, 2018. Specialization: Same specialization requirements as mentioned above.

  • Assistant Professor

Non‑Specialization: Same as above, per UGC Regulations, 2018. Specialization: Same specialization requirements as mentioned above.

Pay Matrix

  • Professor: Academic Level 14, rationalized entry pay ₹1,44,200/-, 7th CPC, with other admissible allowances.
  • Associate Professor: Academic Level 13A, rationalized entry pay ₹1,31,400/-, 7th CPC.
  • Assistant Professor: Academic Level 10, rationalized entry pay ₹57,700/-, 7th CPC.

Other Perks & Perquisites

  • Cumulative Professional Development Allowance (CPDA) of ₹4,50,000 for a block period of three years.
