- Job Title: Associate – Contracts & Corporate Laws (1–2 Years PQE)
They are looking for a motivated Associate with 1–2 years of experience in contract drafting and corporate laws, preferably with prior exposure at a reputed corporate law firm.
Eligibility:
- LL.B. from a recognized university
- 1–2 years PQE with corporate law firm experience (mandatory)
- Strong drafting, communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and in teams in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts (NDAs, service agreements, vendor/employment contracts, etc.)
- Assisting with corporate advisory, compliance, and governance matters
- Supporting due diligence and documentation in M&A / investment transactions
- Conducting legal research and preparing notes & opinions
