About the Job

Saraf and Partners is seeking passionate and committed candidates to join their Tax Practice to work on M&A tax, transaction tax, cross-border transactions and corporate tax matters involving taxation advisory, litigation for clients across industries:

  • Collaborate with senior partners and cross-functional teams on strategic tax solutions.
  • Advise clients on tax structuring for domestic and cross-border transactions.
  • Handle tax litigation before various forums.
  • Draft and review legal opinions, submissions, definitive agreements, et al.
  • Assist with internal and external communique on developments with respect to tax laws, regulatory changes, and judicial precedents impacting businesses.

Eligibility

  • LL.B and/or CA with 3–6 years of experience in tax practice at a top-tier law firm or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical skills with a passion for tax law and a zeal for excellence.
  • Exceptional drafting, research, and communication skills.
  • Command and understanding of the subject.
  • Strong analytical, research, and drafting skills.
