Roles and Responsibilities

  • Drafting key legal documents including Writ Petitions, Bail Petitions, Quashing Petitions, and Appeals for the Patna High Court
  • Making appearances before District Courts, Labour Tribunals, Income Tax Tribunals, RERA, Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), and the Patna High Court
  • Briefing Senior Advocates on litigation matters
  • Drafting Special Leave Petitions (SLPs) to be filed before the Supreme Court of India

Eligibility Criteria

  • Open to 4th and 5th‑year students of 5‑year law programmes
