In this role, you’ll work across legal, policy, and product domains – collaborating with engineers, designers, and legal stakeholders to translate legal pain points into product insights and solutions.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career (1–3 years of legal experience) who:

Responsibilities
As a Legal Associate on the product team, you will:
- Identify pain points in legal, law enforcement and judicial workflows and translate them into clear, actionable product insights.
- Collaborate with judges, court staff, lawyers and law enforcement officers to gather feedback, co-design solutions, and iterate on features.
- Work with our design and engineering teams to turn legal feedback into meaningful product improvements.
- Ensure all solutions align with legal and regulatory frameworks while meeting real user needs.
- Assist with compliance across domains, including data protection, corporate governance, and labour & employment laws.
