The internship will be available in both offline and online modes, offering flexibility for students across different locations. Those attending physically will gain hands-on exposure to court procedures, while online interns will be able to contribute through research and drafting tasks remotely.
Interns will engage in a variety of tasks, including legal research, drafting miscellaneous applications, preparing briefs, and handling registry-related assignments. They will get the opportunity to closely observe case preparations, client interactions, and arguments before courts. The role ensures practical learning under the mentorship of an experienced advocate working on diverse and high-profile cases.
Applicants must have completed at least the 5th year of a 5-year Integrated LL.B. program or the 3rd year of a 3-year LL.B. program. Preference will be given to candidates pursuing LL.M. or PhD in Law. Prior internship experience in litigation or related areas will be an added advantage.
