Nirnay Law Offices is an independent and dynamic legal practice based in Pitampura, Delhi. The office handles a wide range of matters across courts and tribunals with core focus on criminal law, family disputes, and property matters. The internship is designed to provide practical exposure to litigation practice through direct involvement in court proceedings and client matters.

This internship aims to provide law students with hands-on experience in litigation. Interns will gain exposure to the complete lifecycle of cases, from initial client handling and legal research to drafting, case preparation, and real court proceedings.

Eligibility Criteria
  • Law students with foundational knowledge of criminal law, family law, and property law
  • Preference: 3rd year and above for 5-year course / 2nd year and above for 3-year course
  • Strong research, drafting, and communication skills
  • Sincere, proactive approach and willingness to learn litigation practice
  • Genuine interest in litigation and court practice
Responsibilities
  • Legal research on statutes, case laws, and judicial precedents
  • Assistance in drafting pleadings, applications, and other legal documents
  • Exposure to real court proceedings and case preparation
  • Client interaction and assistance in case strategy discussions
  • Support across diverse legal matters including criminal, family, and property disputes
