Key Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts including agreements related to talent engagement, brand partnerships, and social media campaigns.
- Support legal operations by coordinating with cross‐functional teams such as Sales and Finance to streamline processes.
- Ensure legal compliance with relevant regulations such as the IT Act, ASCI guidelines, and other applicable industry norms to protect the interests of the company and its clients.
- Conduct detailed legal research and prepare internal notes, compliance documents, and reports as needed.
Eligibility Criteria
- Currently pursuing or recently completed an LL.B. degree from a recognized institution (final‐year students and graduates are welcome to apply).
- Previous internship or part‐time experience in a reputed law firm's IP/TMT practice or an in‐house legal team in the media/technology sector will be considered an advantage.
- Solid understanding of laws relating to Intellectual Property, Data Protection, IT Act, ASCI Guidelines, and corporate legal frameworks.
