Eligibility

This internship opportunity is open to LLB graduates or final-year LLB students who demonstrate a genuine interest in arbitration and contract drafting. While prior experience in these areas is an added advantage, it is not a mandatory requirement. The program is best suited for candidates who are detail-oriented, eager to engage in legal drafting, and committed to developing practical knowledge in dispute resolution. Role

Selected interns will have the opportunity to work on arbitration and contract-related matters from the very beginning of their internship. Responsibilities in arbitration include drafting notices, pleadings, affidavits, admission and denial statements, and preparing synopses for final arguments. Interns will also draft applications and replies under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, while staying updated on recent legal developments, particularly in infrastructure and construction disputes. On the contract management side, tasks will involve drafting, vetting, and redlining various contracts and agreements. This role is designed to offer hands-on learning, enabling interns to engage in real casework while developing expertise that directly translates into future career opportunities.

Interested candidates can apply by sending their CVs to casematters.info@gmail.com. Applicants are encouraged to clearly highlight their academic background, any prior exposure to arbitration or contract law, and their career interests in these fields. Since there are only two positions available, early applications will increase the chances of consideration.
