Eligibility Criteria
- Are available for a part-time or full-time internship
- Can commit from 10th July 2025 to 9th January 2026
- Are available for the entire 6-month duration
- Possess the relevant skills and interest in legal practice
- Are law students or advocates with a valid Certificate of Practice (COP)

Key Responsibilities
- Draft litigation and non-litigation legal documents under supervision
- Visit courts across Maharashtra (district, sessions, High Court, consumer forums, and cooperative courts) to assist in filing and tracking cases
- Visit Mumbai and Navi Mumbai jails for vakalatnama execution and client meetings
- Coordinate visits to government offices like the Property Registrar, Tehsildar, Talathi, and Land Records Department for document processing
- Work on a range of cases involving civil, criminal, matrimonial, cheque bounce, and corporate finance matters
- Handle MOCOA, POSCO, NDPS, and IPC Sections 302, 379, 380, and assist with heirship and declaration litigation
