Prior experience in contract review, corporate law, or healthcare-related legal work is advantageous. The ideal candidate is highly organised, detail-oriented, and demonstrates strong ethical judgment. Essential skills include the ability to interpret and apply laws and regulations, communicate professionally with diverse stakeholders, and manage multiple priorities effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools like Westlaw is expected. The role calls for a proactive, independent, and solution-focused mindset.
