Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents including MSAs, SAs, NDAs, SOWs, SaaS Agreements, and other commercial contracts.
- Support ongoing and prospective litigation efforts in coordination with panel advocates.
- Prepare and respond to legal notices on behalf of the company.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and government bodies to address compliance matters and inquiries.
- Advise internal departments (Sales, Product, Lending) on legal risks and support conflict resolution using legal best practices.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Exposure to corporate legal functions, especially in contract drafting and management.
- Familiarity with litigation procedures, particularly in local and High Courts of Odisha.
- Degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptable and legally sound in corporate and court-related matters.
